Donors deserve more than a thank-you.

We want anyone supporting ABB to understand how funds are raised, what organizational and program needs are paid for, and how that spending connects to the mission.

Our goal is a searchable, spreadsheet-style public record—not just broad statements that donations support veterans. That means publishing reviewed financial entries with dates, categories, descriptions, amounts, and reference numbers as our reporting process matures.

A useful transparency page should make it easier to follow the money—not harder to ask questions.

What this table is: A public reporting tool for approved, privacy-reviewed records. It does not expose donor identities, individual bank transactions, account numbers, confidential invoices, or private recipient information. It does not sync directly with ABB's bank, Stripe, or PayPal. Some transactions may be summarized for privacy.

Money coming in

Revenue & support

Contributions to ABB may come through several channels:

Individual charitable donations through PayPal, Stripe, or other approved channels
Corporate sponsorships and partnership support
Fundraising events, including the December 20 Chinese Auction
Cans for Courage returnable bottle and can proceeds
Other approved gifts or mission-related fundraising

Donations, sponsorships, merchandise sales, and event proceeds have different accounting and possible tax treatment. Gross fundraising receipts and net proceeds are not necessarily the same.

Expenses & investment

Mission-related expenses may include:

Veteran-focused program planning and delivery
Operation Digital Freedom equipment and secure preparation
Event supplies, venue costs, and fundraising materials
Payment-processing fees, software, hosting, and administration
Outreach, partnerships, compliance, and operating infrastructure

Not every contribution goes directly to a tablet or a veteran service. Responsible operations also have costs. Published entries will identify categories when verified.

Our intention is to build public accountability in stages while protecting private donor and financial information. The explorer above is the starting point, not a claim that every record is already online.

Yes. America's Brave Beginnings is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Charitable donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Why are the totals blank right now?

The publicly approved transaction file has not been published to this explorer yet. Blank totals are not zeros, and we will not invent historical numbers.

Will every donor's information be searchable?

No. Financial transparency must not expose private donors, veterans, employees, bank details, or payment information. The intention is to publish meaningful, approved financial summaries.

Can I request financial or filing information?

Yes. Use the contact page to ask about fundraising, filings, or available organizational documentation.
